Mr. Pradip Kumar Aggarwal founded the company, Pioneer Aircon in December, 1996. He took the name of the company from his expertise in air-conditioning by working for more than 20 years with Blue Star Pvt. Ltd. in different managerial positions. Today – many years later- Pioneer Aircon is the name and idea behind the company. Air-conditioning is the key element of the company with consultation in various other matters related to HVAC.
The company started in a small room with limited resources having in mind the aim to becoming the leaders in air-conditioning. The company started with commissioning of small ducted splits, as small as 5 TR and grew continuously at a fast rate. Soon, with the help of big experience and highly technical staff, the company became well equipped to install big projects as big as 3000 TR. This growth, in just 10 years, is a result of company’s firm determination and hard work.
In a very short time, the company grew its business network in different parts of north India such as Haryana, Punjab, Himachal and Jammu and Kashmir. This expansion yielded great results and strengthened the company’s position in North India. Today the company is capable of commissioning big air conditioning projects in whole of North India.

Pioneer Aircon is headquartered in Ambala City with its projects in many parts of North India such as Haryana, Punjab, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and many more. The company fulfils the air-conditioning needs of a large number of corporate and commercial customers and has also established leadership in the field of central air-conditioning ranging from water cooled to air cooled.
Pioneer Aircon primarily focuses on the corporate and commercial markets. These include institutional, industrial and government organizations as well as commercial establishments such as showrooms, restaurants, banks, hospitals, theatres, shopping malls and banquets. We have the expertise in designing and executing air-conditioning systems for Pharmaceuticals, Hotels, Colleges and Hospitals.
The company recorded an annual turnover of over 15 crore in FY 2012-2013, an annual growth of 50% as compared to previous year turnover of 10 Crore. The staff of the company is growing at a much rapid rate that is approximately 60% per year.

The chairman, Mr. Pradip Kumar Aggarwal was the president of Indian Society of Heating, Refrigeration, Air-conditioning and Equipment’s Inc. (LSHRAE Inc.) in 2006.
He was elected as the Regional Director of ISHRAE for Northern India in 2007.
Also he is a member of American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, Air-conditioning and Equipment’s Inc. (ASHRAE Inc.) from more than 20 years.
